Melrose Arch Women’s Day celebrations are set to transform one of Johannesburg’s favourite lifestyle destinations into a vibrant hub of music, entertainment and family fun during the Women’s Day long weekend.

Running from Friday, 7 August to Sunday, 9 August, the programme offers visitors a mix of live performances, children’s activities, unique photo opportunities and a special appearance by The Clorettes from The Royal Countess Zingara.

Music lovers can enjoy live performances by Andy Klee on Saturday, 8 August and Sunday, 9 August, with performances taking place from 1 pm to 4 pm in The Square.

One of the highlights of the Melrose Arch Women’s Day celebrations will be a special outdoor performance by The Clorettes, the glamorous vocal quartet from The Royal Countess Zingara.

The group, celebrated for their powerful harmonies and elegant cabaret-style performances in the acclaimed La Dolce Royal production, will perform outside the Melrose Arch Pavilion on Sunday, 9 August at 2:30 pm.

It marks the first time the quartet has performed in The Square, giving visitors a unique preview of the spectacular performances currently entertaining audiences under the Zingara big top at Melrose Arch.

Family-Friendly Fun All Weekend

Families visiting the precinct can also enjoy the Piazza Fun Zone, operating daily from Saturday, 8 August to Monday, 10 August between 10 am and 5 pm.
